Kevin is a native North Carolinian who grew up with an appreciation for the outdoors. He entered the construction industry at a young age by managing field operations for his family's development company. Though he enjoyed the hands-on aspects of development, it was the emerging erosion control industry that he found particularly interesting.
In 2004, his experience and knowledge led him to partner with Eco Turf. Kevin believes that solid relationships are the basis of good business and he thrives on cultivating positive rapport with clients and staff alike. He accomplishes this with an open line of communication and by providing competitively priced service and breakthrough technology unequaled in the industry. Kevin is involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations including estimating, sales, installation, NPDES Inspections, and accounting.

A native of Yanceyville, North Carolina, Andy has served as Vice President of Eco Turf since 2000. He grew up on his family's tobacco farm where he enjoyed being outdoors. From this grew an appreciation of the need to protect the environment. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Engineering from N.C. State University, Andy also holds his NC General Contractors License, and is an active member of the IECA (International Erosion Control Assoc.) and Golf Course Builders Association.
Over the years, Andy has contributed to all aspects of the business including sales, installation, and NPDES Inspections. Today, he is involved in daily operations, as well as accounting. Andy's depth of knowledge of the erosion control industry, agriculture and construction is a true asset for Eco Turf and its clients.

Patrick joined Eco Turf Inc. in May 2012 while completing his BS in Agriculture and Environmental Technologies with a concentration Environmental Systems Management. He joined full-time after graduation in 2012 and worked as an Environmental Compliance Inspector. In 2015, he was promoted to Assistant Environmental Compliance Director. Patrick also earned a master’s degree in Environmental Planning and Design from the University of Georgia in 2018, rejoining the Eco Turf team in May of 2019 in a new role. He looks forward to continuing to work to expand the services offered by our Environmental Compliance Division.

Bradley joined Eco Turf in 2006, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of installation and site work. His primary duties include scheduling work with clients and site managers, as well as supervising our onsite work crews. Prior to coming to Eco Turf, Bradley worked with Raleigh's NCDOT Roadside Environmental Unit.

Parker has been with Eco Turf since 2001. He serves as the key client liaison, communicating with clients to determine their erosion control needs and coordinating the resources required. His background within the construction industry is instrumental in working with clients to successfully resolve their erosion issues.

Kristi has been with Eco Turf since 2006. She brought with her a great depth of expertise, having 17 years of inspections experience in both the public and private sector. Currently, Kristi oversees the inspections staff, conducts client training, and assists consent decree clients with SWPPP compliance. In addition to being a CPESC, Kristi is also a Certified Instructor for CPESC, Inc., as well as a NCDOT Level II Certified Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Site Manager.

Matt joined Eco Turf in 2013, having graduated from North Carolina State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural & Environmental Technology, with minors in Environmental Science and Agricultural Business Management. Matt has also received his North Carolina Stormwater BMP inspection and maintenance certification. Among his responsibilities, Matt assists in helping clients remain compliant with all federal, state and local erosion control regulations, while actively developing his expertise as an erosion control specialist.

Spencer joined the EcoTurf team in the fall of 2015 as a vacation coverage inspector and is now working full time as an Environmental Compliance Inspector. He's completing his bachelors degree at NC State in Civil Engineering with a concentration in water resources and hopes to use the experience he's gained as an inspector to enhance future project designs. Spencer holds his Level I and II NCDOT stormwater certifications, and looks forward to pursuing his PE license after graduation. His hobbies include music and basketball, and he often spends his free time camping and kayaking.

Michelle Russell, originally from West Virginia, is new to the Raleigh area. She recently moved to NC to pursue a career in Erosion and Sediment Control and also to spend time with family. Michelle has always been active outside and has enjoyed pursuits involving white water rafting, mountain biking, hiking, running and skiing. She joined the Eco Turf team in 2016. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cal State University and is certified as a NCDOT Level I Erosion & Sediment Control/Stormwater Inspector/Installer and NCDOT Level II Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Site Manager.

Nate joined Eco Turf inc. in November of 2016 after graduating from North Carolina State University with a B.S. degree in Environmental Technology & Management, and a minor in Environmental Toxicology. Nate is a certified NCDOT Level I & Sediment Control/Stormwater Inspector/Installer and NCDOT Level II Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Site Manager and is eagerly pursuing additional certifications. Nate enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, perusing various hobbies, and relaxing with friends and family.
Gil joined the Eco Turf team in October 2018. Gil is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.A. in Environmental Studies, with a concentration in Environmental Public Policy and a minor in Geography. Gil is a certified NCDOT Level I & Sediment Control/Stormwater Inspector/Installer and NCDOT Level II Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Site Manager and is currently pursuing additional certifications.
John joined Eco Turf in 2019 after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science In Geology. John is a Certified NCDOT Level 1 & Sediment Control/Stormwater Inspector/Installer and NCDOT Level II Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Site Manager. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and being out on the water.
Caroline joined Eco Turf, Inc. as an intern in December 2016 while completing her studies at North Carolina State University. She graduated in August 2017 with a B.S. degree in Environmental Technology & Management and a minor in Environmental Toxicology. Caroline is a certified NCDOT Level I Erosion & Sediment Control/Stormwater Inspector/Installer and NCDOT Level II Erosion & Sediment Control/Stormwater Site Manager. She plans to pursue further certifications in the near future.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Jake joined the Eco Turf team in February 2021 after graduating from North Carolina State University in December 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Technology & Management. Jake is a certified NCDOT Level I Erosion & Sediment Control/Stormwater Inspector/Installer and NCDOT Level II Erosion & Sediment Control/Stormwater Site Manager and is planning to pursue additional certifications in the near future. Jake has always had an appreciation for the outdoors and spends his free time participating in various activities such as camping, fishing, hiking and just relaxing outside.
Jennifer came to Raleigh after living in rural Alaska for 25 years. While in Alaska she worked for the National Park Service, built, and lived in a remote cabin and had her own dog team. During the winter, Jennifer spent time camping with her dog team along the northern boundary of Denali National Park and Preserve. An avid hockey fan and a true Caniac, hockey season is the best time of year. Joining Eco Turf in the spring of 2021 as an Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Inspector, she looks forward to honing her skills and working towards additional certifications.
Joey grew up locally and graduated from Holly Springs High School and then earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide) in 2018. After college, he went on to volunteer for AmeriCorps and worked in National Parks and Forests across the southeast before coming back to in NC to work in stormwater services, mostly treating invasive species in and maintaining wetlands, wet ponds, and more. While working at Eco Turf he is also pursuing a Master of Environmental Assessment at NCSU. He is a certified NCDOT Level I Erosion & Sediment Control/Stormwater Inspector/Installer and NCDOT Level II Erosion & Sediment Control/Stormwater Site Manager, and also has a certification for BMP Inspection and Maintenance from NCSU. Field work has always appealed to Joey and he loves that he gets to protect the environment and lessen pollution as a career. Personal interests include but are not limited to sustainability, wildlife, video games and craft beers.
Brendan joined the Eco Turf team in July 2020 after graduating from NCSU in May 2020 with a Bachelors of Science in Sustainable Materials and Technology. Brendan is a certified NCDOT Level I Certified Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Installer and NCDOT Level II Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Site Manager. In his free time he likes to read, spend time with friends, and enjoy outdoor activities like hiking.
With a Bachelor of Science in Horticultural Plant Genetics from the University of Florida, ‘Go Gators’, Cassandra joined Eco Turf in June of 2021 after moving to North Carolina with her Husband and two fur-children in their tiny home in December 2020. Cassandra is a certified NCDOT Level I Erosion & Sediment Control/Stormwater Inspector/Installer and NCDOT Level II Erosion & Sediment Control/Stormwater Site Manager and is planning to pursue additional certifications in the near future. Cassandra has always been an adventurer, from skydiving, scuba diving, snorkeling with sharks, to traveling the world- she’s always ready for any new challenges that come her way.
